Telehealth Services I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for adults 18 and older through secure telehealth appointments. My clinical focus and expertise include women's health care with core services such as hormone optimization—offering treatment with HRT and non-hormonal options. I also specialize in men’s hormonal optimization, sexual vitality, and overall wellbeing with testosterone therapy. Additionally, I offer medically assisted weight loss with peptide therapy and focus on obesity and metabolic health, including prediabetes, with nutrition counseling. Conditions treated via telehealth include POI, PMOS, GSM, lifestyle counseling, and longevity/agewell prevention. 

I also provide primary care on a case-by-case basis, with a special focus on mood disorders like depression, anxiety, and PTSD; ADHD; and geriatric long-term and comfort care. My practice is equipped to manage a variety of mild to moderate acute concerns, and I am happy to provide same-day, evening, and weekend options through my online wellness services.
