More about me:
My journey in the medical field began at the age of 19 when I started working at the front desk of a healthcare facility. My dedication and interpersonal skills quickly earned me a promotion to lead medical assistant, where I thrived on connecting with patients and understanding their unique stories. This experience deepened my passion for healthcare, prompting me to enroll in nursing school with aspirations of working in the ICU. However, my path took a heartbreaking turn when I lost my mother to a sudden stroke. Despite navigating this profound grief, I remained committed to my medical education and continued to work as a registered nurse during the challenging times of the COVID pandemic. I provided care through telehealth platforms for medical cannabis patients, which reinforced my belief in the importance of personalized care. Ultimately, I pursued and obtained my Master's Degree in Nursing from Davenport University through their accelerated Family Nurse Practitioner program.
